why i started rose archive + co.

four years ago, I was in a pretty low place in my journey. one day, I decided I didn’t want to keep going down the path I was on. so I started making changes.

by 2024, I finally felt steady again. mentally clearer. more grounded. but something still felt missing.

since 2023, I’d been searching for community. I wanted to support local, to be part of something tangible and real. that’s how I found The Riverside Farmers Market. somewhere between slow sunday mornings and getting to know the vendors, I realized what I’d been craving all along.

creativity — not just digitally, but physically.

i’ve always loved dried florals. even after blooms have come and gone, they still hold shape, color, texture. they soften, but they don’t disappear. they just become something different. something lasting.

and honestly, I think I saw myself in that.

i’ve always been a digital girly. designing on screens felt safe. making things with my hands? not so much. but one random, very adhd-coded night, I signed up to be a vendor at the market.

it was exhilarating.

it scared the shit out of me.

somewhere in that fear, rose archive + co. was born.

i’ve never been able to recreate something twice. every arrangement, every piece, comes together once and only once. dried florals teach you to work with what you’ve got. to preserve what matters. to reimagine what’s left. to let each piece exist exactly as it’s meant to.

rose archive + co. isn’t just dried florals and handmade pieces. it’s a reminder:

that you’re allowed to begin before you feel ready.
that healing can look like creating.
that beauty doesn’t end when a season does.
that softness can still be strong.
that you can archive the parts of yourself that bloom and the parts that endure.

this brand exists because I chose a different path.

and maybe, if you’re here, you’re choosing yours too.

welcome to the archive. 🌿
